Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Due to the nature of consumable health products, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements.

Eligible returns:

• Unopened products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery
• Damaged or defective items
• Incorrect items received

To start a return, contact us at support@stillform-wellness.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

For damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately upon delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
